If you must cancel your registration or transfer the location, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 800.777.2732. There is a $40 transfer fee if the transfer is made within two weeks of the seminar. Refund requests must be in writing and faxed to 916.366.6674. If your refund request is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the event, your registration fee will be refunded, less $100 cancellation charge. Registrations cancelled within thirty (30) days of the event will not be refunded.
Business casual clothing (included tailored shorts) is appropriate. Dress comfortably, but professionally. Exercise or gym shorts, tank tops, and beach footwear are not appropriate dress in the classes or Exhibit Hall. It is impossible to set the temperature in the meeting rooms to be comfortable for everyone. For that reason, we suggest you bring a sweater or jacket. That way, if it’s too warm, you can remove an outer layer of clothing.
CSEA welcomes guests of attendees. Pre-purchasing guest passes means no waiting in line to obtain a guest badge. No hassles from security for entrance to the Exhibit Hall. Guest badge privileges do not allow class admittance, but DO include:

Children under the age of five are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time due to liability issues. Children under the age of ten can be admitted with an adult attendee. Children ten or older require a purchased guest badge for admittance.
Smoking is not permitted in Super Seminar meeting rooms, exhibit and registration areas, or at Super Seminar lunches.
