FULL SEMINAR REGISTRATION

A full seminar registration (all three days) includes entrance to the education sessions that you are registered for, the Exhibit Hall, session materials (syllabi), three breakfasts, six refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception, a registration bag and the ability to earn up to 24 CE hours. Session 37 IRS Hot Topics registration requires a $19 surcharge.

SINGLE-DAY SEMINAR REGISTRATION

Single-day rates are available for the full day on Days 1, 2, and 3. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined. If you attend the Seminar for more than one day, you must purchase a full seminar registration. Single-day registration (any one day) includes entrance to the education sessions that you are registered for, the Exhibit Hall, session materials (syllabi), breakfast, two refreshment breaks, Welcome Reception (Day 1 only), a registration bag and the ability to earn up to 8 CE hours. Session 37 IRS Hot Topics registration requires a $19 surcharge.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of three or more colleagues (paying for the full seminar registration) from the same organization and billing address are eligible for a group discount. In all cases, the first person in the group will pay full price and the remainder of the people in the group will receive a discount as follows:

• 3 to 5 employees: $25 off for each additional person
• 6 to 10 employees: $50 off for each additional person
• 11+ employees: $75 off for each additional person

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Registration cancellations will be made if written notice is received or postmarked on or before April 20, 2012 for the Las Vegas Seminar and on or before April 30, 2012 for the Reno Seminar, and a refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $125. Registrants whose cancellation requests are made after April 20 (Las Vegas) and after April 30 (Reno), will NOT be entitled to a refund. In addition, “no show” registrants will NOT be entitled to a refund. TRANSFERS

Location transfers: Transfers from one Super Seminar location to another will be accommodated at no charge if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the Seminar. If the request is made within 14 days of the first Super Seminar, a $50 transfer fee is applicable.

Registration transfers: Transfers from one registrant to another within your organization will be accommodated at no charge if the request is made in writing 14 days prior to the Seminar; please include name and registration information for the person we are to transfer the registration to as well as the name of the person currently registered. If the request is made within 14 days of the first Super Seminar, a $50 transfer fee is applicable. Location and registration transfers must be made in writing and emailed to info@csea.org, faxed to 916/366-6674, or mailed to CSEA, 3200 Ramos Circle, Sacramento, CA 95827-2513.

EDUCATION SESSION CHANGES

If you registered for the wrong education session and would like to swap it for another education session during the same time period you may do so at no charge if written notice is received by April 20, 2012. Session changes made after this date, including onsite session changes, will incur a change fee of $10 for each 2-hour session swap and $20 for each 4-hour session swap. Education session changes must be made in writing and emailed to info@csea.org, faxed to 916/366-6674, or mailed to CSEA, 3200 Ramos Circle, Sacramento, CA 95827-2513.

NAME BADGE AND MATERIAL PICK UP

For security and insurance purposes and in order to obtain CE, name badges must be worn at all times and must be visible when entering the meeting rooms and Exhibit Hall. Badges and materials can be picked up onsite in the Main Registration area.

NAME BADGE REPLACEMENT

If you lose your badge, you may go to onsite registration and request a new badge, which in most cases will be replaced while you wait. There is a charge for replacement name badges.

GUESTS

We welcome your guests. You can obtain guest badges for $200 for all three days, $85 for Day 1 only, and $60 for Day 2 or Day 3 only. Those with guest badges are entitled to unlimited Exhibit Hall access, daily continental breakfast, two refreshment breaks each day, and the Welcome Reception on Day 1. Guest badges do NOT allow admittance to the sessions.

CHILDREN

Children who are at least five years old but under the age of ten are permitted in the Exhibit Hall with a registered adult. Children ten or older are required to purchase a guest badge for admittance to the Exhibit Hall. Children under the age of five are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall under any circumstances. Children are not permitted in the education sessions under any circumstances.

PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE

Please be aware that by participating in Super Seminar 2012, you grant the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA) and its employees, agents and assigns the right to use your name, photograph, voice, or other likeness for business purposes. In the event that we individually and specifically interview you, film you and record your words, CSEA will seek your express permission to use corresponding footage. All photographs, recordings and quotes shall become the property of CSEA and may be displayed, distributed or used by CSEA for any purpose, and in any media, whether print, electronic or on the CSEA website, and without payment of any royalty to you.
