R. Acuña is a State Bar of California Certified Specialist on Estate Planning, Trust,
and Probate Law. He is a founding partner of Acuña, Regli & Klein, LLP, located
in Walnut Creek, California. His practice is built around the needs of tax professionals
and includes estate planning, probate and trust law, and inheritance contest litigation.

Dale
Boushley has been in the income tax and financial planning industry since 1976.
He earned the Certified Financial Planner® designation in 1988 and passed the Enrolled
Agent (EA) exam in 1992. Mr. Boushley is a nationally known instructor on financial
planning and income tax topics with over 25 years of speaking experience. He practices
in Glendale, AZ.
Karen
Brosi is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Financial Planner professional practicing
in Palo Alto, California. She advises clients in individual tax and family wealth
planning, specializing in complex individual income tax matters. A frequent lecturer,
Karen speaks for various state, local and national tax professional organizations.
Karen writes articles on a variety of tax topics, and has been widely quoted in
the print media, including Business Week. She and her teaching partner, Sharon Kreider,
EA, CPA, present a renowned two-day comprehensive federal and California tax update.
Claudia
Hill is an Enrolled Agent, nationally recognized tax professional and frequent lecturer
on taxation of individuals, tax planning and representation before the IRS. She
is owner and principal of Tax Mam, Inc. and TMI Tax Services Group, Inc. in Cupertino,
CA. TMI Tax Services Group provides preparation, planning and controversy representation
services primarily to individual clients. Claudia is often called upon by the media,
is Editor-in-Chief of the CCH Journal of Tax Practice & Procedure, manager of Forbes.com
IRS Watch blog. She has presented at every CSEA Super Seminar held.
Kevin
C. Huston, EA, is the president of Blue Ridge Tax Advisors Inc., a tax, representation,
and wealth-management firm in Asheville, North Carolina. He received his BS degree
in Business Management from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and his MBA
in International Business from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Mr. Huston earned
the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations
form The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is a Graduate Fellow of
the National Tax Practice Institute of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
Robert
E. McKenzie is a Partner of the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP of Chicago, Illinois,
concentrating his practice in representation before the Internal Revenue Service
and state tax agencies. He has made numerous media appearances including Dateline
NBC and The ABC Nightly News. Mr. McKenzie was employed by the Internal Revenue
Service, Collection Division, in Chicago, Illinois. Robert currently serves as a
member of the IRS Advisory Council (IRSAC) which is a group appointed by the IRS
Commissioner. Mr. McKenzie is also an author and co-author of two tax books.
Vicki
Mulak, EA, CFP® is a well-known tax law update and business entity presenter for
NAEA, CSEA, CSTC and Best of the West. She is an editor of PPC's Accounting QuickFinder.
In 2011, she was recipient of CSEA's "Distinguished Service Award" and in 2006,
the "Thomas P Hess Award". In 1996 she was named SBA's "Accountant Advocate of the
Year". She serves on California's FTB and EDD advisory committees and testifies
on California legislation. Since 1986, her Tustin, CA practice, American Financial
and Tax, has specialized in both individual and small business tax preparation and
planning.
Ron
Roberson is a very popular and nationally recognized lecturer on various tax topics.
He annually speaks to thousands of tax professionals about the latest business,
real estate and personal tax law changes. His habit of adding tax planning opportunities
to his lectures, as well as his humorous and friendly speaking style, keep people
coming back year after year. Ron has authored multiple tax update manuals. Since
1986, Ron has also operated a tax and accounting practice in Twain Harte, CA and
draws on his practical experience to bring his presentations to life for those in
practice.
Mark
F. Seid is an Enrolled Agent, Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice
before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Seid began his career working for the IRS as an internal
revenue agent from 1987 to 1996. He has been a state director for CSEA and currently
chairs the Finance & Budget Committee. Mr. Seid manages an active tax preparation
and representation practice in Paso Robles, CA. He frequently presents continuing
education to groups of EAs and CPAs throughout the state of California on current
tax topics and representation before the Internal Revenue Service.
Steven
L. Walker is a tax attorney in San Jose, California at the Law Office of Steven
L. Walker, A Professional Law Corporation. His practice focuses on civil and criminal
tax controversy work involving both federal and state tax agencies. Mr. Walker is
a former IRS Trial Attorney at the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service,
where he furnished legal advice and representation to the IRS on all matters relating
to the administration and enforcement of the Internal Revenue laws, including audits,
administrative appeals, collections and federal and state litigation.
